How a project runs
Three to five business days from approved brief to final images
- Brief and source filesYou send CAD geometry, drawings, or reference photographs, along with the angles and the use case you need.
- BlockoutWe build or clean the geometry and set camera angles. You approve the composition before any time goes into surfacing.
- Materials and lightingSurface finishes, branding, and lighting are applied to match how the product actually looks.
- Draft reviewYou see a rendered draft and mark changes. Two rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price.
- DeliveryFinal images in PNG, JPEG, and print-resolution TIFF, transparent background versions, and the 3ds Max source files.
Texas-Sized Promo produces photorealistic 3D renders of building systems, construction materials, tools, and manufactured products for companies across the United States. We work from engineering drawings, CAD data, or reference photographs, and deliver images your sales and technical teams can put straight into a catalog, a spec sheet, or a trade show booth. We are based in Austin, Texas, and we take projects nationwide.
We also hand over the 3ds Max source files. Most studios keep those, which means you have to come back to the same vendor every time you need a new angle. You will own the scene, and any 3D artist can pick it up later.
Frequently asked questions
- Q:What file formats do you accept?A:Send whatever you have. We handle the common CAD and 3D exchange formats, and if your file is something unusual, we will work it out rather than send you back to your engineering team. If you have no 3D data at all, we can model from technical drawings and photographs, though that adds time to the schedule.
- Q:What do I get at the end?A:PNG, JPEG, TIFF at print resolution, and transparent background versions, plus the 3ds Max source files. The scene is yours to keep.
- Q:How many revisions are included?A:Two rounds, included in the quoted price. Changes at the draft stage are cheap; changes after final output are not, which is why we ask you to approve the composition early.
- Q:How much does a render cost?A:Manual rendering starts at $50 per image and render farm output starts at $150. Final cost depends on geometry complexity, how many angles you need, and whether we are modeling from scratch or working from your CAD data.
- Q:How long does it take?A:Three to five business days for a typical project, measured from an approved brief. Volume batches and complex scenes run longer, and we quote the schedule before starting.
- Q:Do you work with companies outside Texas?A:Yes. We are in Austin and we work with clients across the United States. Everything runs over email and file transfer, so location makes no difference to the schedule.
